Glucomannan is a water soluble fibre. It’s made from the roots of the konjac plant.

It doesn’t matter what brand of supplement you buy, if it provides one gram of glucomannan three times per day, it should do the trick. However, it’s best to stick to supplements produced by reputable companies.
If you buy diet pills from manufacturers that use low-grade ingredients or shady traders that are not always honest about the ingredients they are using or the quantities involved, the results may not be as good as they should be.
Body & Fit is a reputable manufacturer though, so, in this case, you would have been fine.
However, the product is no longer available so I suggest you consider using Glucomannan Plus Instead.
Glucomannan Plus is a high-quality weight mandagement product made in the UK by Evolution Slimming. Like Body & Fit’s glucomannan diet pill, it provides a full gram of of glucomannan per dose. It also provides chromium.
However, Evolution Slimming’s glucomannan diet pills do not provide biotin. But that’s okay. Each dose provides a decent amount of green tea extract instead.
