Forza Appetite Suppressant is a weight-management product made in the UK by Forza. The name gets directly to the point. It’s a supplement that makes weight loss easier by reducing feelings of hunger. In going to begin this review by saying, as of early 2023, Forza appetite suppressant apears to be disconitnued. I am udating my review accordingly.

This review may be slightly shorter than the other reviews on my site because Forza Appetite Suppressant is a very simple product that only contains one active ingredient. But it’s a good ingredient. It’s also an ingredient I know well.

It’s not often I begin a review on such a positive note, but I liked Forza Appetite Suppressant. It was a simple product that would work well for most people and it was incredibly cheap to buy.

Seriously. The cost of this supplement may take your breath away. However, we’ll look at the price a little further into this Forza Appetite Suppressant review.

First things first. Diet Pill Ninja is a review site. It’s not a price comparison site or an online deal finder. Before we start looking at how much using this supplement is likely to cost, let’s take a look at the company that makes it, the ingredient quality, and the things Forza Appetite Suppressant can do.

Who Makes Forza Appetite Suppressant?

This one is a no-brainer. The name of the product says it loud and clear. Forza Appetite Suppressant is manufactured by Forza Industries and distributed under the Forza Nutrition brand name.

Forza Industries Ltd. was co-founded in 2011, by the British entrepreneur Lee Nicholas Smith. However, the brand is a few years older than the company. Smith established the Forza brand in 2007 when he launched his Forza T5 weight management formula.

Forza T5 was a great success but Smith didn’t let it remain a one-hit-wonder. Other Forza weight management products were quick to follow, Forza industries went from strength to strength and launched several other successful brands.

Do you need to know all this? Possibly not, but as a reviewer, it’s my job to check the reputation of the companies behind the products I review. The diet pill industry has a lot of shady dealers that produce very questionable products. I’m glad to say Forza is not one of them it’s a reputable company and everything checks out.

Forza Appetite Suppressant: The Promised Benefits

  • Plant-based slimming formula
  • Supports safe and healthy weight loss
  • Helps to suppress appetite and reduce food intake
  • Provides 1,000 mg of glucomannan per serving
  • Scientifically proven to contribute to weight loss

As you can see there are no wild claims or ludicrous hype. Forza is not trying to mislead anyone into believing it’s created a magic bullet. That’s always a good thing.

How Does Forza Appetite Suppressant Work?

Forza Appetite Suppressant is a pill-type supplement you take before eating your meals. When you consume it with water, it makes your stomach feel full. This makes it easier to stick to smaller portion sizes at mealtimes, allowing you to eat less without feeling hungry.

Pretty Woman Eating a Small Fruit Salad

The supplement’s ability to control hunger is made possible by an ingredient called glucomannan. Each dose provides 1,000 mg (1g).

The appetite suppressing abilities of glucomannan have been proven in several clinical trials. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has evaluated the data from all the most credible studies and it confirms 1 gram of glucomannan, taken with water, before meals, is an effective dose. You can read the EFSA’s evaluation HERE.

Glucomannan comes from the roots of the konjac plant. It mainly grows in Asia.

When you combine glucomannan with water, something magical happens. The fiber is so absorbent it hydrates quickly. It can soak up as much as 50 times its own weight in water and when the fiber becomes hydrated it expands considerably to form a gelatinous mass.

The gel fills the stomach, making it feel full.

If you want more in-depth information about glucomannan and its ability to help you to lose weight, I have an article about it on a different page of this site. CLICK HERE IF YOU WANT TO READ IT

However, although Forza Appetite Suppressant provides enough glucomannan to help keep unruly appetites under control. It won’t speed up your metabolism to help you to burn more fat than you could with diet and exercise alone.

If all you need is something to stop you from feeling hungry, Forza Appetite Suppressant should do the trick. If you need a product that controls hunger and increases metabolism, you will be better off considering Evolution Slimming Glucomannan Plus instead.

Things to Bear in Mind

Like other weight management products, Forza Appetite Suppressant is a supplement. It’s important to understand what a supplement is and never to see any form of supplement as a magic pill.

The word “supplement” refers to something you get or use in addition to something else. For instance, Some people work two jobs to “supplement” their income.

Diet pills and other weight loss supplements, supplement the efforts you are already making by controlling your diet.

In this case, it’s important not to see Forza Appetite Suppressant as a product that provides an excuse not to try and eat healthy foods. The pills will work best if you use them alongside a healthy diet that contains nutritious foods that are low in fat and sugar.

Forza Appetite Suppressant: List of Ingredients

Each (2-capsule) dose provides:

  • Konjac root (95% glucomannan)        (1 gram)

The capsules also contain a little magnesium stearate. It’s not an active ingredient. It’s an anti-caking agent that prevents the glucomannan powder from clumping together inside the capsule casing.

Unfortunately, the capsule casing is made from gelatin. That means Forza Appetite Suppressant won’t be suitable for vegans or vegetarians.

If you are vegan or vegetarian, you will need to choose an alternative option. Again, I’m going to suggest Evolution Slimming Glucomannan Plus. It also provides 1 gram of glucomannan per dose and houses it in a vegan-friendly shell.

How to Use Forza Appetite Suppressant

Unfortunately, the usage guidelines could do with some tweaking. Forza tells you to take 2 capsules (500 mg per capsule) with 1-2 glasses of water half an hour before a main meal. The guidelines also advise you to take up to 3 serving per day, ideally before eating your breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The recommendation about the water is bang on. You need to take plenty of water with glucomannan to make the fibers expand.

Personally, I think most people should drink two glasses but if your hunger pangs are generally quite mild, one glass of water may be enough.

However, when you use slimming products that contain glucomannan, you need to take them three times per day.

Always!

That’s how glucomannan was used in all the top studies. Three 1-gram doses of glucomannan, before meals, is also what the EFSA recommends. So, as far as the usage instructions go, Forza has somewhat fumbled the ball.

Words of Wisdom:

If you are pregnant or nursing a child, please don’t take any kind of supplement without getting clearance from your doctor first.

If you have an existing medical condition of any kind at all, it would also be unwise to use supplements without checking with your doctor first.

Certain supplement ingredients can present interaction issues when combined with medication. It doesn’t matter if the medication has been prescribed by a doctor, a dentist, or another medical professional. If you are taking medication, don’t use it with supplements without asking a doctor first.

Forza Appetite Suppressant Customer Reviews?

I couldn’t find any customer reviews for this product. That would normally be a big problem but, in this case, it’s not.

Forza Appetite Suppressant is not a complex diet pill that contains several ingredients. It’s a simple product that only has one. Clinical trials prove it can suppress hunger and the lack of additional ingredients means there is no need to worry about interaction issues.

So, although it would have been great to see some customer feedback, the fact that there is none is not really an issue.

Known Side Effects

Side effects are unlikely but a minority of people find glucomannan makes them feel bloated. It can also cause flatulence and/or diarrhea but these things are rare.

You need to drink at least one decent-sized glass of water with each dose though. The water is not only to help you to swallow the capsules, it’s necessary to allow them to work.

If you don’t drink enough water, glucomannan products try and hydrate by soaking up all the moisture around them. When this happens in the intestines, it can cause constipation.

The Best Place to Buy Forza Appetite Suppressant

Althoug it appears as if the manufacturer has stopped making Forza appetite suppressnt, there may still be a limited supply available via certain websites and high-street suppliers. Buying it via the Forza website is also no longer an option. When I tried to visit the site (in February 2023), it was no longer online.

At the beginning of this review, I said Forza Appetite Suppressant is surprisingly cheap but I didn’t say how cheap. Now is the time. Would you believe you could buy generally buy this supplement for only £1 per box! That was cheap but there were on 30 capsules per inside. So, people who were taking the standard dose (6 capsules per day, would be using around one and a half boxes per week. That’s no biggie though. The usage cost was only around £6 per month.

Forza Appetite Suppressant Review: Diet Pill Ninja Conclusion

The Diet Pill Ninja: Honorable Diet Pill ReviewsIf you want a cheap and cheerful diet pill to control your hunger, Forza Appetite Suppressant used to be good option. You couldn’t beat it for price. It wass the cheapest diet pill I’ve ever reviewed. That’s saying a lot. I’ve been reviewing diet pills and similar supplements for a very long time. I wrote thousands of reviews for clients before I built this site.

However, although I was happy to reccomend Foza appetite suppressant because it was capable of achieving it’sprimary aim, it was still very limited in what it could do. It controled hunger. That’s it. Nothing. For many people hunger control may be enough but appetite suppression is still an important weight loss benefit.

Many dieters struggle with hunger. For women, the struggle can be particularly bad. Hunger is the reason so many diets fail.

Forza Appetite Suppressant contained an ingredient that could give people the edge they needed to push on with your diet but it couldn’t boost metabolism to help you to burn through your fat faster. If speed is an issue you will need a more versatile product, such as Evolution Slimming Glucomannan Plus.

Like Forza Appetite Suppressant Glucomannan Plus provides a full gram of glucomannan. However, it also contains green tea and chromium. Green tea is a proven fat burner and chromium helps control blood sugar so, Glucomannan Plus can do the same as Forza Appetite Suppressant plus a little bit more. Now that Forza appettite appears to be no more, I suggest you use Glucomannan Plus Instead.
