The Sirtfood Diet involves consuming the 20 top sirtfoods including kale, onions, parsley, and soy. Red wine is a sirtfood too. So is coffee.

Adele lost weight by following the Sirtfood Diet. It worked well for her and she looks slimmer and appears to be happier. Does that mean you should do the Sirtfood Diet too? Expert opinion suggests no.
Crash dieting is never a good idea. Many people who use these types of fast weight loss methods find the weight they lose comes back fast. So far, this does not appear to be the case with Adele, but there are exceptions to every ruled and time will tell.
The human body is the result of thousands of years of evolution. It’s a very advanced biological machine that needs to be fueled by a broad spectrum of nutrients. The Sirtfood Diet is too restrictive in nutrients and too hardcore.
If you want to lose weight healthily, eat a balanced diet that is nutrient-rich but low in calories. If you are a woman try not to go lower than 1,500 calories a day. Men can eat 500 calories more. This should cause a calorie deficit and help you to lose weight.
Presuming you have no health or mobility issues that prevent you from doing so, getting more exercise will help you burn extra calories and lose weight a little faster. If you don’t want to go to the gym, try walking more often and take the stairs instead of the lift.
