I’m going to begin this SlenderVit review by pointing out SlenderVit is not a typical diet pill. Although the product offers dieters weight loss support, it mainly helps you to avoid the nutritional imbalances and lethargy that sometimes occur during low-calorie diets.
Normal diet pills provide support too but typically do so by suppressing hunger, increasing metabolism, and/or providing other benefits that make losing weight easier and faster.
To look at it another way, SlenderVit is a supplement that primarily focuses on preventing a low-calorie diet from compromising your immune system or causing any of the other problems that can result from a nutritional balance. It’s more to do with offering protection than speeding things up.
If you were to consider it a multi-vitamin and mineral tablet that offers a few extra whistles and bells, you would not be too far off the mark but you may be guilty of selling the product a little short.
In this review, I’m going to explain what SlenderVit can do and provide other details to help you decide if its a product you want and if it offers good value for money.
I’ll begin the review by providing some information about the manufacturer because when you are buying supplements you need to be sure you are dealing with a reputable supplier.
Who Makes SlenderVit?
SlenderVit is manufactured by Evolution Slimming. It’s a British company based in Kent but it operates worldwide. It’s an established company that’s been distributing weight loss supplements since 2007 and aims to help people reach their health and fitness goals.
One of the good things about Evolution Slimming is its products are not unduly expensive to buy. However, there is no corner cutting when it comes to quality. Evolution Slimming aims to provide high-quality supplements at affordable prices and that’s what it does. It has an excellent reputation and is a company you can trust.
At the time of this SlenderVit review (April 2020), the Trustpilot website was showing 1,971 Evolution Slimming reviews. Seventy-three percent of the customer ratings were “excellent” and a further 16% of customers were saying Evolution Slimming is “Great”.
That’s a lot of company reviews and a lot of positive feedback. It’s rare to find a company that’s such a big hit with consumers. Especially in an industry that’s known for having so many sharks.
SlenderVit: The Promised Benefits
Evolution Slimming describes the product as “an energy-boosting Multivitamin” and makes the following claims:
- Contains Vitamin A, B1, B3, B6 & B12, D3 & E
- Also contains green tea, guarana, and Siberian ginseng
- Can be combined with other diet supplements
- Provides nutritional support during your weight loss regime
- Contains biotin & Co-Enzyme Q10 to support healthy skin and hair
To call the product a multi-vitamin is selling it short. The formulation also provides important minerals, some of which are vital for a strong immune system and good overall health.
How Does SlenderVit Work?
Taking this product is a little like taking a normal multi-vitamin and mineral. The nutrients it provides help prevent deficiencies that can make you feel tired and have a negative effect on the health.
The formulation contains several B Vitamins. The body needs these when it’s extracting energy from food. Most energy drinks have B vitamins in them. Their presence here will certainly help prevent diet-related fatigue.
The formulation also contains guarana. It provides caffeine. This will also delay the onset of fatigue. It’s quite early in the review to say it but SlenderVit is certainly capable of fulfilling the promise of being an energy-boosting multi-vitamin.
The formulation should also be capable of supporting the growth of healthy skin and hair, but that’s a promise that undoubtedly aimed at women. When it comes to weight loss products, manufacturers have more female customers than male customers. For that reason, they often try to make their products more appealing to women. That appears to be the case here.
Things to Bear in Mind
Like other weight management products, SlenderVit is a supplement. It’s important to understand what a supplement is and never to see any supplement as a magic pill.
The word “supplement” refers to something you get or use in addition to something else. For instance, Some people work two jobs to “supplement” their income.
Diet pills and other weight loss supplements, supplement the efforts you are already making by controlling your diet. (What Are Calories And How Do You Count Them?)
In this case, it’s important not to see SlenderVit as a product that provides an excuse not to try and eat healthy foods. The tablets will work best if you use them alongside a healthy diet that contains nutritious foods that are low in fat and sugar.
SlenderVit: List of Ingredients
Evolution Slimming SlenderVit contains 30 ingredients.
In most cases, the vitamins and mineral inclusion rates are close to or over the recommended daily amount (RDA).
In the cases of the ingredients that exceed the RDA, this not a cause for undue concern. With many nutrients, the body just takes what it needs and then emit the excess via the urine.
You have to remember the RDA is a bottom-line figure. It refers to the minimum amount you need to try and consume each day.
However, some nutrients have the potential to cause problems for certain individuals. I’ll address this later on in the review, in the SlenderVit side effects section.
How Good is the Formulation
(Does SlenderVit Work?)
It’s not practical to provide an explanation of all the various vitamins and minerals and what they do. However, if you want to do further research, the NHS website is a trustworthy source of information and it provides a lot of the information you are likely to need: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/vitamins-and-minerals/others/
To prevent this SlenderVit from becoming overly long, I’ll just touch on the importance of a few vitamins and minerals and then move on to the other ingredients the formulation provides.
As I mentioned earlier in this review, SlenderVit contains several B Vitamins that help the body extract energy from food. These Vitamins serve other important roles as well such as aiding blood cell production.
Vitamin B12 is especially important. Your body needs it to make blood cells. The red cells are responsible for carrying oxygen around the body. If you don’t get enough Vitamin B12 can rob you of energy and, in severe cases, may cause anemia.
The white blood cells are key players in the immune system. They destroy pathogens that enter the body. Vitamin B12 also plays an important role in DNA synthesis.
Even when they are not dieting, Vegans are prone to becoming deficient in Vitamin B12 because you normally get it from eating meats and other non-vegan friendly foods.
Vitamin C is another nutrient you need to consume every day. It’s a powerful antioxidant that helps purge the body of free radical toxins. If these toxins build-up, they can slow the metabolism and encourage premature aging and disease.
As you may be aware, Vitamin C also helps keep your immune system strong. Many of the cold and flu remedies you can buy over-the-counter provide you with extra Vitamin C.
Research shows the body uses Vitamin C for a variety of different purposes. It’s not just a good immune system booster. One of the things it does is help the body absorb iron and calcium. In so doing it aids red blood cell production and helps keep your bones nice and strong.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin. You get it by eating foods that provide fat. Your body can also manufacture Vitamin D when sunlight touches your skin but Vitamin D deficiency is so common it’s been called a “global public health problem”. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4018438/)
Low-calorie diets generally provide foods that are low in fat so a good weight-loss diet may increase the likelihood of Vitamin D deficiency.
As with Vitamin C, you need to get sufficient Vitamin D to maintain a strong immune system. Consuming adequate amounts of Vitamin D may also help prevent high blood pressure and reduce the risk of diabetes but there are plenty of other reasons why it’s important to get sufficient Vitamin D.
Zinc is necessary for a strong immune system as well. Some people take zinc lozenges to help them recover from colds.
Research shows zinc may also help keep your eyes, skin, and heart healthy and may stabilize your blood sugar levels too. It does a lot more besides. It’s an important mineral. You need it. The amount SlenderVit provides should ensure you are getting enough.
Irons supports many biological processes. You need to consume an adequate amount because it helps your body create hemoglobin. Your blood needs this to transport oxygen around the body.
When you don’t get enough iron it can cause anemia and other undesirable health problems.
Lack of iron can also rob your body of energy and hinder your levels of physical and mental performance.
A few of the other things iron does are boost the immune system, regulate body temperature, improve muscle strength, and help you to sleep.
Guarana is a South American berry that provides caffeine. It’s a potent source. However, guarana releases its caffeine slowly. This allows the benefits to hang around for a while.
Caffeine is a stimulant that’s good for increasing energy and improving mental focus. Research shows caffeine can also help with weight loss. It does this by boosting metabolism and thermogenesis. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2333832)
The caffeine in SlenderVit may deliver a pick-me-up, but the effects are likely to be very mild. Twenty-five milligrams is a low dose. A regular cup of coffee would deliver around four times this amount.
Green Tea Extract
Green tea provides antioxidants called green tea catechins that can help keep you fit and well. It’s also a proven fat burner. (https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/top-10-evidence-based-health-benefits-of-green-tea)
Green tea is a good addition to a formulation such as this and it will undoubtedly offer benefits but the amount provided is not enough to make a dramatic difference.
Inositol is sometimes known as Vitamin B8. It’s naturally-occurring in many plants and animals. Your body can make its own inositol. It’s also possible to create the compound in a lab. The form used in supplements could be sourced from plants or may be man-made. It’s unclear which version is being used here but the origin is not particularly important.
Inositol may aid certain chemicals in the body and enhance the ability of insulin. (https://www.webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingredientmono-299/inositol)
Choline bitartrate is quite a popular supplement ingredient. It’s a salt that provides choline.
Choline is an essential nutrient that you can get by eating eggs, liver, peanuts, spinach, and certain other foods. Your body can manufacture choline but not enough to support its daily requirements so you need to maintain adequate levels via your diet.
One of the things choline does is support cell membrane integrity. Choline is sometimes put in smart drugs because it supports healthy neurotransmitter activity, helps with memory, and may influence the mood for the better.
Choline also appears to aid the fat-burning process. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4096089/)
Rutin is a pigment that provides color to certain fruits and vegetables.
Some people take rutin to reduce swelling. There is a lack of evidence to support its value in this regard.
Para-aminobenzoic acid is a compound present in folic acid. It’s sometimes added to sunscreen to help protect the skin.
Some people take it orally to treat various conditions including arthritis and anemia but it has questionable value and is no longer as popular as it used to be.
Despite the name, Siberian ginseng is not true ginseng because it does not belong to the Panax family. The ingredient used in supplements generally comes from the roots of the plant rather than the leaves or the berries.
Although it’s not as powerful as Panax ginseng, Siberian ginseng (eleuthero) is still a good ingredient that can invigorate the body.
Some people use it to boost athletic performance. It’s also used as an immune system booster and a treatment for colds and flu. (https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/319084#what-is-eleuthero)
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is an antioxidant. Your body can manufacture CoQ10 but levels decrease with age. Certain medical conditions may also cause CoQ10 levels to drop.
The body uses CoQ10 to support the metabolism and is also necessary for growth and helps you attain healthier-looking skin and hair.
Some foods contain the compound but not in sufficient quantities to offer noticeable benefits.
Due to its relationship with energy metabolism, CoQ10 is sometimes included in supplements that aim to boost energy. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3178961/)
How to Use SlenderVit
The dose is one tablet per day. Evolution Slimming does not mention a specific time to take it but it makes sense to pick a time and stick to it every day.
Needless to say, it will be best to take the tablets with water and SlenderVit points out the importance of not trying to use SlenderVit as a substitute for a varied and healthy diet.
Although the company says it’s possible to use SlenderVit alongside other supplements, I would suggest against using the tablets alongside other products that provide vitamins and minerals. Before combining any supplements it’s always good practice to get a doctor’s opinion first.
Words of Wisdom:
If you are pregnant or nursing a child, please don’t take any kind of supplement without getting clearance from your doctor first.
If you have an existing medical condition of any kind at all, it would also be unwise to use supplements without checking with your doctor first.
Certain supplement ingredients can present interaction issues when combined with medication. It doesn’t matter if the medication has been prescribed by a doctor, a dentist, or another medical professional. If you are taking medication, don’t use it with supplements without asking a doctor first.

Does SlenderVit Have Honorable Customer Reviews?
Unfortunately, the only SlenderVit reviews I could find are the ones published on the Evolution Slimming website. They are good, but I would rather have seen some reviews published at a less biased source.
Does SlenderVit Cause Side Effects?
Side effects are unlikely. The formulation contains a source of caffeine but the quantity is so low it shouldn’t be a problem for the average person. However, if you are ultra-sensitive to caffeine you may want to play it safe and to with a standard multivitamin and mineral pill instead.
High doses of niacin can trigger a harmless condition called niacin flush. It doesn’t last long but may cause the skin to feel warm and take on a flushed appearance.
The amount of niacin in SlenderVit is unlikely to cause this reaction. It’s not high enough. However, if you are unusually sensitive to niacin, the prospect of niacin flush cannot be ruled out.
The thing to remember is, SlenderVit provides several ingredients traditional multivitamin and mineral pills do not. You need to bear this in mind if you have existing health issues or would need to use the supplement alongside medication. If you have health issues or would need to use SlenderVit with medicines, I suggest you play it safe and have a chat with your doctor first.
If you are a woman who is pregnant or nursing a child I suggest not using this product. However, trying to diet and lose weight during pregnancy would be an unwise practice anyway unless your doctor or another medical professional has advised you to do so.
The Best Place to Buy SlenderVit
Although SlenderVit is sometimes available via Amazon and certain online stores, it’s generally best to buy it via the Evolution Slimming website. It usually the cheapest option and you can be certain you are getting the genuine product. At the time of this review, SlenderVit only cost £5.99 for a 30-day supply.
Buying SlenderVit directly from Evolution Slimming also gives you the opportunity to take advantage of the special discount codes that are often available .At the time of this review, the Evolution Slimming website was offering a 20% discount to all customers.
It’s also nearly always possible to get a 10% discount by entering your email address into the pop-up form that appears shortly after you access the site.
Why pay more when you can snag a discount?
After the Sale (What Happens Next?)
Evolution Slimming offers an excellent level of customer service right from the get-go. Site visitors have the option of contacting a member of the customer services team via Live Chat. There’s also a UK 0800 freephone number you can use between 9 am and 5 pm (UK time).
If you are calling from outside the UK, the site offers an alternative number you can use. You can also get in touch with Evolution Slimming via Facebook Messenger or online contact form.
Guarantee and Product Returns
Unfortunately, Evolution Slimming doesn’t offer a money-back guarantee. However, SlenderVit is a product that helps you avoid nutritional deficiencies while dieting. The company isn’t making any fancy claims and it’s a cheap supplement to buy. Even more so if you take advantage of the special discounts available via the Evolution Slimming website.
It’s always nice to see a guarantee but, in this case, the lack of a guarantee is no big thing. SlenderVit costs less than the handling/re-stocking fees many supplement manufacturers deduct when their customers claim under a money-back guarantee. That means you are onto a winner right from the start.
SlenderVit Review: Diet Pill Ninja Conclusion
Evolution Slimming markets Evolution Slimming as a supplement that provides multi-vitamin support to people who are dieting. A look at the list of ingredients shows that it does just that. It’s a good product produced by a reputable company.
Although it contains green tea, and green tea is a fat burner, don’t buy SlenderVit expecting a big-gun fat burner. If it offers any additional help with fat burning, see it as a nice bonus. If you decide to go for this product do so through a desire to avoid vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
You should be able to use it alongside many normal diet pills but you will need to be careful about combining it with products that are high in caffeine. It’s also good practice to ask a doctor for advice before using two or more supplements alongside each other.
Is SlenderVit suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes. It does not contain any animal extracts and suitable for anyone living a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle. The formulation is also free from gluten so it’s also a good option for people who cannot eat gluten.
Do I need to use SlenderVit with diet and exercise?
SlenderVit is intended for people who are trying to lose weight. You are meant to use it alongside a low-calorie diet. It aims to fill any nutritional gaps such a diet may cause. When you are trying to lose weight, getting plenty of exercise is always a good idea but some people have mobility problems or other health issues that prevent them from exercising. Fortunately, you can lose weight without exercising.
If you are in relatively good health and find it hard to exercise because you feel too tired, SlenderVit may provide you the extra energy you need. The B Vitamins and guarana extract, along with certain other ingredients, should perk you up and help you to speed up your weight loss by using exercise to burn more calories per day.
Is it safe to use SlenderVit during pregnancy?
It would be unwise to use a product of this nature without getting a doctor’s approval first. Equal caution will be necessary if you are breastfeeding a child.
